We stand behind every product we sell. At Flip Phone Resale, we are proud to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchased devices. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

This policy applies to all refurbished electronics, no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@flipphoneresale.com with your original order ID and the reason for your return.
2. Get Your RMA: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Ship Your Device: Securely package the device and all original accessories. Attach the shipping label and drop it off with the designated carrier.
4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item (within 2-3 business days), we will process your full refund to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• The device must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original accessories (chargers, cables, etc.).
• The device must not have any new user-inflicted damage, such as cracks, water damage, or significant scratches.
• All personal accounts (like iCloud or Google) must be signed out and the device reset. We cannot process refunds for locked devices.
