How to Start a Return

The return process is simple and straightforward:

  3. Prepare Your Device:

    • Include all original accessories (charger, cables, etc.)
    • Pack securely in original packaging if available
    • Include your RMA number in the package
  4. Ship Your Device: Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We recommend using tracked shipping.
  5. We Inspect & Process: Once we receive your device (typically 3-5 business days), we inspect it to verify eligibility. If approved, we'll process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Full Refund Amount: You'll receive a 100% refund of your purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
